Ryan Pool will be speaking to the IPPE committee on January 20th 2022 at 11:00am, EST. Mr. Pool’s talk is entitled “101 and 112 issues in Biotech and Computer Science – Seven Words You Can Never Say to the USPTO.” The talk is based on his upcoming paper entitled “Seven Words You Can Never Say to the USPTO.” His talk will address the current problems in these technology fields in obtaining meaningful patent protection and offer creative new solutions for overcoming these difficulties.
